Designed to help arts organizations build their leadership, adaptive, and operational capacities, ArtsLab challenges participants to examine their infrastructure, their values, and their role in community. Our study of the program revealed that organizations who are resilient and show an exceptional capacity to adapt to change have several capacities in common.
