Sharon Rodning Bash, ArtsLab Program Director, is responsible for the design, development, execution and administration of ArtsLab. In addition to her work with ArtsLab, Sharon teaches in the St. Mary’s University’s and University of Minnesota’s graduate programs in Arts and Cultural Leadership, in the areas of nonprofit management and program planning and evaluation. Prior to her appointment with ArtsLab, Sharon was the program director for organizational development and training at the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council. She works at the regional and national level to provide training and leadership strategy development and building relationships in the arts. Sharon holds a Master of Social Work in Administration and Social Policy and a Master of Public Health in Community Health Administration from the University of Minnesota.
Erin Brueggemann, ArtsLab Program Manager. Before joining Arts Midwest in early 2016, Erin spent 5 years infiltrating the music education community as McNally Smith College of Music’s outreach director. In 2008, she moved to Minnesota from a position with the Wisconsin Arts Board’s Percent for Art program to be a program officer at the Minnesota State Arts Board through the passage and implementation of the historic Legacy Amendment, building and managing programs to increase support to Minnesota’s artists and arts organizations. Erin’s previous work includes emphases on research, consulting, and accessibility. Erin has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Bolz Center for Arts Administration, and a Bachelor of Music in saxophone performance from Western Michigan University.
